What do you do? (Tasks)

  • You are responsible for coordinating national and international land-, air- and seafreight shipments.

  • You are responsible for preparing transport documents for import and export shipments in consultation with our customers.

  • You play an active role in avoiding stock shortages by reporting them in time.

  • You will provide quotations to our Sales & Marketing departments for air, ocean and ground shipments.

  • You will make sure that purchase orders, shipments and stock levels are administered correctly at all times in Exact Online. On a monthly basis you will perform a physical stock count and compare it to the stock levels in the administration.

  • You will coordinate logistics projects and report the results on a weekly basis in the logistics meeting.

  • You are the 1st point of contact for any logistical inquiries from the internal organisation. You are the 2nd point of contact for any logistics related inquiries from customers that Customer Support cannot answer.


What have you already done? (Experience)

  • You have a finished HBO or University bachelor in Logistics or Supply Chains.

  • You have 0 - 2 years work experience in a logistics environment.

  • You have experience working with Microsoft Office and experience with Exact Online is an advantage.

Who do you report to?

  • The Logistics Support reports to the International Logistics Manager.
